Since 2007, the founder of Bestware decided to bring about changes to the entire commercial faucet industry after fully understanding the global market for commercial faucets. Therefore, Bestware, the world's first company specializing in the production of 100% stainless steel faucets, was established.
We are still growing and currently serve many clients from more than 5 continents, while our influence is gradually expanding globally.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Bestware has become a brand that will not disappoint any of our customers in the field of commercial faucets.

Design Service

At Bestware, we have eliminated the manual testing of stainless steel faucet airtightness, as it can be prone to many issues such as false judgments or missed detections. Instead, we utilize the industry-leading ATEQ F620 tester for high-precision automatic testing, with an accuracy of up to 0.00001 bar. Combining fully automated testing and automatic judgment, our method precisely detects leaks in every chamber of a stainless steel faucet, avoiding human observational errors and maintaining a leading position in the industry.
ATEQ's airtightness testing requirements are stringent, necessitating a pressure of 10 bar for each faucet chamber (cold water chamber, hot water chamber, mixed water chamber, outlet chamber, etc.), with a 10-second inflation, 20-second hold, and 5-second detection. While the industry generally uses air for ATEQ testing, air's moisture and impurities can impact the results. Therefore, Bestware insists on using pure high-pressure nitrogen for precise testing, ensuring the accuracy of our test results.

Bestware faucets have passed multiple certification standards in the industry. From 2007 until now, we have obtained a large number of patents, which makes it easy for dealers selling Bestware commercial faucets to become the industry leader in their local market.
Since Bestware's faucets use pure stainless steel internal parts, the processing is very difficult, so our requirements for craftsmanship are very strict.
We are obsessed with ensuring high machining accuracy of all faucet parts, and in order to meet all our customers' large quantity demands for our products, we employ a large number of advanced machines.
In our warehouse, we always have sufficient raw materials and spare parts for various products, so that we can provide our customers with the required products more quickly.
At Bestware, we consistently adhere to using the industry's most advanced design software for product design, currently employing Creo 10.0 for the design of our stainless steel faucets.
1. High software precision of up to 0.0001mm
2. Faucet structural analysis application (structural strength, high-pressure deformation, material stress)
3. Faucet fluid analysis application (water pressure, water temperature, vortex and turbulence phenomenon analysis, water output effect analysis)
4. Faucet thermal analysis application (thermal response - structural or component deformation caused by the faucet's exposure to high temperatures)
When designing our faucets, we apply a relative precision control standard of up to 0.001mm for faucet accuracy. Relative precision, as opposed to absolute precision, demands even stricter requirements. For instance, when designing a workpiece with dimensions less than 1mm using a relative precision standard of 0.0001mm, the actual precision of the workpiece will be higher than 0.0001mm.

The Journey of Bestware

The founder of Bestware, Andy, was once an expert in stainless steel frying baskets. Bestware initially focused on the research and development as well as production of commercial stainless steel frying baskets. One day, while repairing a faucet at home, he discovered that the brass faucet was corroded and had a lot of verdigris on the inner walls. Knowing this could pose a threat to his family's health, he began looking for an eco-friendly stainless steel faucet to replace it. However, due to the higher manufacturing difficulty and production costs of stainless steel faucets compared to brass ones, there were no dedicated stainless steel faucet brands on the market at the time, making it impossible for him to find a satisfactory product. This led him to the idea of creating a stainless steel faucet that would meet his expectations. He then began researching stainless steel faucets and discovered their characteristics and advantages were more suitable for the commercial sector. Since then, Bestware has successfully transitioned to become the world's first brand specializing in the research of commercial stainless steel faucets.
